Our Scheduling at Glance

There are certain months in the year where we may come five weeks instead of four depending on which service day you land on. Service is all-weather permitting, if we are unable to make it that day, we will deliver a text update. Our back-up day will be the following business day, as we keep all of our routes in order. During hurricanes or severe weather where the soil is too saturated to mow without damaging the turf, we will return the next scheduled. We adjust to your yard's needs with each changing season. This means there are times when it is best practice to pass on mowing, such as during a drought, to avoid the risk of heat stress. In this rare occasion, we will proceed to edge, trim, and blow. Likewise, we may perform two or even three passes during the growing season to mulch the grass thoroughly in the yard. We alternate mowing patterns and make three-point turns to best avoid imprints and ruts.

Pro Plan includes weed suppression and maintenance of plant material up to 6ft reachable height. Ornamental Trees and Palm trimming services are categorized separately. For beds with dense plant material weed pulling will be our method of choice for maintaining weeds. Otherwise, we pull weeds growing in small shrubs, and spray an herbicide in mulch and rock beds. To avoid overspray herbicide applications will only be performed on clear days with low wind speeds. Please note: In growing seasons, such as during the raining summer months, our goal is to control and suppress weeds to a manageable level down to "thumb" size. Pricing varies based on the extent of maintenance required and clientele may opt for weed separate from shrub and plant material maintenance or vice versa. For overgrown property beds a one time clean up fee will be required to upgrade to our Pro Maintenance Plan.
