 Starter Plan

• Reliable Schedule: Weekly April through September. Bi-weekly October through March.
• All-Weather Service: If severe weather or saturated soil prevents us from mowing safely on your scheduled day, we may arrive earlier to beat the weather. We aim to keep our routes in order.
• Seasonal Care: We prioritize your lawn's health. During droughts, we may skip mowing to avoid heat stress, focusing instead on professional edging, trimming, and blowing.
• Expert Technique: To keep your lawn looking its best, we alternate mowing patterns and use three-point turns to prevent unsightly ruts and imprints.

Pro Plan 

• Comprehensive Care: Shrub & hedge shaping to 6ft reachable height, & weed suppression. Eligible for Starter Plan holders.
• Flexibility: We offer the option to separate weed suppression from shrub and plant maintenance based on your needs.
• Upgrades: For overgrown foliage, a one-time clean-up fee may be required to transition your property to the Pro Maintenance Plan.
• Note: Ornamental trees and palm trimming are specialized services categorized separately.
